Jack was a hit at the College Superbowl party because every time the crowd said, "Jack, show us your belly!" he'd promptly grab his shirttail and lift it up as high as he could to reveal his tiny pot belly which he'd then give a few pats. Charming.
I tried to no avail to catch this display on video today, but he was willing to say a few of his words. So, here you go:
Jack at 13.5 months.
Other updates on Jack:
He's figured out how to turn off the vacuum cleaner, so now vacuuming the house takes, oh, about 5 times as long as before.
He loves to eat capers.
He likes to sneak up on napping parents, pull up a shirt, and give a loud zerbert on the belly.
He figured out that if he takes a sofa pillow and puts it on the floor in front of the chair, he can use it to climb up into the living room chairs.
He claps his hands at the end of any song (on the radio, at church, whatever his dad happens to be singing around the house)
A trip to Costco is pretty much the equivalent of going to Six Flags.
